Nogglets privacy policy
How Nogglets handles your information: it doesn’t collect any.

The short version
Nogglets: 3D Memory Puzzle (“Nogglets”, “the app”) does not collect your personal information. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking. Everything the game remembers stays on your device.
Who we are
Nogglets is published by Family Friendly, Inc., a Delaware corporation in Austin, Texas (“we”, “us”). The seller of record on the App Store may be an individual developer account of the company’s owner today and may move to an organization account later. Either way, this policy applies, and you can reach us at nogglets-support@familyfriendlyinc.com.
What we collect
The app collects nothing and does not send us or anyone else personal information about you. The app has no sign-in and does not ask for your name, email address or any other personal details. It includes no third-party SDKs, advertising identifiers, analytics or tracking, and it does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites. We do not sell or share personal information or use it for targeted advertising, and because there is no tracking, there is nothing that would respond differently to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. On the App Store, the app’s privacy label is “Data Not Collected”.
What stays on your device
To work, the app saves a small amount of data locally on your device using Apple’s standard on-device storage (UserDefaults):
- your settings, such as haptics and theme;
- your best scores and progress;
- the cosmetic items you have equipped;
- a generated avatar name, picked from a built-in word list (there is no free-text entry); and
- which first-run hints you have already seen.
This data is not sent to us, and we cannot see it. Deleting the app removes it from your device. Like other app data, it may be included in backups you make of your device (for example iCloud Backup or a computer backup) and restored if you restore from that backup or move to a new device. Apple handles those backups under its own privacy policy, and you can manage them in your device settings.
Purchases
Nogglets offers optional in-app purchases through Apple’s In-App Purchase system (StoreKit). Apple processes the payment. We never receive your name, card number or other payment details; Apple gives us only sales and transaction information that does not identify you. Apple handles your information under Apple’s privacy policy.
If you contact us
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include. We use it only to answer you, on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to your message. We keep support emails only as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, then delete them. You can ask to see or delete your emails at any time at the address below, and if you are in the EU or UK you may complain to your local data protection authority.
Analytics from Apple
If you choose to share analytics with app developers in your device settings, Apple may give us aggregated, non-identifying crash and usage reports. You can turn this off in Settings > Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements.
What the app does not use
Nogglets does not use iCloud sync, push notifications, location, the camera, the microphone or your contacts, and it does not ask for permission to use them.
Children
Nogglets is a general-audience game. It is not directed at children and is not in the App Store’s Kids category, though families with children play it. Because we collect no personal information from anyone, the app holds no personal information about children either. If we learn that we received an email from a child under 13 (or the age required where you live), we will use it only to respond if a parent asks, and then delete it. Parents can contact us at any time to have it deleted.
Future features
We may add features later, such as Home Screen widgets that read the same on-device data through an App Group on your device, or Game Center, which Apple provides and manages under its own privacy policy. If a change affects what is described here, we will update this policy before the feature ships and change the date above.
Changes to this policy
We will post any changes on this page and update the “last updated” date. If a change would let us collect personal information, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect.
